Privacy Policy

The short version: All in One Tool processes your files on your device. We don’t run file-processing servers, we don’t ask you to create an account, and your files are never uploaded to us. The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob, which may collect some device and usage information as described below.

Your files

Compressing, converting, merging, trimming, scanning and every other file tool in the app runs locally on your phone or tablet. Your files, photos, videos, PDFs and the results are not sent to RoxLab.

Files you select are copied to temporary storage on your device while they are processed, and are deleted when you finish, close the tool or relaunch the app. Files you save or share leave the app only where you choose to send them.

The camera is used only to scan QR codes and barcodes. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. Photos or files you choose are read only to perform the action you asked for.

No account

The app doesn’t require you to sign in. We don’t collect your name, email address or contact details through the app.

Ads (free version)

The free version of the app shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. This is subject to your consent choices:

• In the European Economic Area and the UK we show Google’s consent form before any ads are requested, and you can change your choice later in Settings → Privacy Choices.
• On iOS, the app asks permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change it at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they won’t be personalised using tracking.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Google’s use of data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. All in One Tool Pro removes ads.

Purchases

Pro is bought and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card or billing details. The app learns only whether your account has an active Pro purchase so it can unlock Pro features. You can restore purchases from Settings.

Diagnostics and analytics

The app keeps simple usage events (such as which tool was opened) on your device to power features like Recently used and Favorites. The app does not currently send analytics or crash reports to RoxLab servers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

This website

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. It does not currently run analytics.

Children

All in One Tool is a general-purpose utility app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
