These terms apply to your use of the All in One Tool app and this website, provided by RoxLab. By using the app you agree to them.

iPhone and iPad: Apple’s Standard EULA

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict for the iOS app, the Standard EULA applies.

Using the app

All in One Tool is a set of utilities for working with your own files. Only use it with files you own or have the right to modify. You are responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results. Don’t use the app to infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.

Free and Pro

The app is free to download and use with the limits shown in the app. All in One Tool Pro unlocks additional capabilities such as no ads, unlimited batch processing and custom target sizes. Features may change as the app evolves.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the app at checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices vary by region and are shown in your local currency before you buy.

Results and availability

Output quality and file sizes depend on your files and your device. We do our best to make results reliable, but you should keep your originals. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law, and RoxLab is not liable for loss of data or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and the RoxLab and All in One Tool names and logos belong to RoxLab. You keep all rights in your own files.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
